Total Life Changes looks very promising if you don’t know anything about this company or as an opportunity.

The name itself implies it can change your life and make you rich.

Over the past 4 years that I’ve been reviewing programs like this one I’ve seen many of them that give you similar promises.

But very few of them actually help you achieve that goal.

In my Total Life Changes review I’m going to do some research and tell you what I think about this opportunity.

For now I can honestly say that Total Life Changes is not a scam. Far from it. It’s an established MLM company that has been in the business since 1999.

But is it really worth joining Total Life Changes? Can it really change your life?

Let’s find answers to these simple and clear questions so you know what will be your next step.

Short review of Total Life Changes

In short, Total Life Changes is a classic MLM company. It’s not the best MLM company and not the worst one.

It’s a classic MLM that pays you according to their multilevel system based on your sales.

Your main mission as TLC member will be selling TLC products and recruiting new members.

This business requires good selling skills and personal communication skills.

Total Life Changes review

Total Life Changes was founded in 1999 by Jack Fallon and has been successfully operating since then. At the outset the name of the company was different.

It was known as SeAcai. Later in 2012 Jack changed it to Total Life Changes.

This company is mainly focused on health, wellness, beauty, weight loss, nutritional supplements, skin care products.

Their product list is impressive. If you are a sales person you will find many products that you can promote and earn revenue for yourself.

Unfortunately, MLM is not for everyone. It’s only for those people who have good communication skills, good selling skills. This business is for them.

If you feel you fit into these requirements then you can try TLC or any other MLM program.

Other people like me have zero selling skills and that’s why I don’t like MLMs and never join them.

I prefer working from my home. All I do is write articles for my website and recommend products/services.

This way I earn revenue online. I don’t need to sell anything or meet sales quotas. I work as much as I want. I have a rest when I want. MLMs are different.

What I do is known as affiliate marketing. If you like it you can join me in this program. If you like MLM then join TLC.

total life changes product overview

TLC products are not cheap. They start from $20 (Black Coffee). Other products start from $39.95.

I know exactly that not everyone can afford to pay so much for a small can of coffee or $39.95 for a bottle of Nutra Burst.

To become a member of Total Life Changes and keep your membership active you need to purchase TLC products each and every month and then sell them.

If you can’t sell them it means you can’t buy new products which means you can’t keep your membership active.

If you can sell products then it makes sense to join Total Life Changes. Otherwise it doesn’t make any sense.

Before even joining TLC you need to sit and compile a list of all people that you know including your neighbors, friends, kins so you can promote TLC or sell TLC products. Some people don’t like this type of approach.

I personally don’t like and that’s why I don’t do it. Because I’ve seen it with my kins. One of my kins was an MLM distributor.

Whenever he called me he was trying to promote another “great” product to me. I started to avoid him.

So, if you plan to become an MLM member don’t be annoying. This is just my recommendation.

total life changes products

Products: Nutritional, skin care, weight loss, Drinks (Coffee, Tea), Essential oils.

TLC also offers these packages:

  • Basic Builder Pack – $104.95
  • Professional Pack – $154.95
  • Entrepreneur Pack – $309.95

Total Life Changes Compensation plan

They have several levels:

Affiliate Associate Director Executive Director Regional Director National Director Global Director Ambassador Executive Ambassador

I don’t want to describe how their compensation plan works because it’s too complex.

The higher your level the higher your earnings and bonuses ( Binary pay, Match bonus, lifestyle bonus)

The highest level of binary pay is 25% and the highest level of match bonus is 50%.

Lifestyle bonuses are available only starting from level of National Director.

What I like about Total Life Changes

Quality products

Refund within 30 days

Been in the business since 1999

These are 3 main points that I like about Total Life Changes.

What I don’t like about Total Life Changes

Good sales experience required Strong focus on recruitment High competition Expensive products Complaints Some exaggerated claims

Among points that I don’t like about Total Life Changes doesn’t necessarily mean everyone must agree with me.

First two points are no so important. Other 3 points are very important.

High competition is a big problem because you will be competing with many other MLM distributors from other MLM companies.

Plus some old MLM experts may be selling products online.

As a rule, MLM products are very expensive due to their complex multilevel payout structure.

The only way to sell their products is convince people that MLM products are better than all other products available on the market.

And that’s why MLM companies create a lot of brochures describing their products as supernatural.

But very often they exaggerate facts because their main goal is to convince people to pay money for the products.

When it comes to complaints, as you can see, I found some of them.

You have to buy products to keep your membership active

Some Total Life Changes packs cost up to $1.500.

As I said above, they exaggerate some facts. For example, they claim that their tea purifies your entire body.

Another product is a blood pressure regulator or cholesterol reducer. Some products are against acne, back pain, inflammation.

Some of their contain Ganoderma lucidum and there is a warning regarding using it. It causes constipation, some side effects like liver or breathing problems.

By all this I mean not everything is as sunny as it’s described by Total Life Changes.

Compared to other MLM programs, Total Life Changes never publish statistics of their sales or average income per distributor. Other companies provide this info. TLC doesn’t.

Complaints about Total Life Changes

I did some research and found some complaints about Total Life Changes. You can see some of them below.

The overall rating is based on 4 reviews and it can’t be considered as a proof that Total Life Changes is bad.

This is what I’ve found and want you to read before you take your next step.

Can you become successful with Total Life Changes?

It depends on your skills, experience, knowledge and preference. Of course you can become successful if you have energy and time to invest in this MLM opportunity.

According to statistics and experts that have done an in-depth research of MLMs chances for success with MLMs are very slim.

Because the mechanism itself is not perfect. John Taylor proved in his work that an overwhelming majority of those involved in MLMs miserably fail.

But some people still become very successful in this industry.

Final word on Total Life Changes

My goal is not about praising one program and bashing another program.

Some bloggers online try to bash every program in order to promote another program that they earn a commission form.

Yes, I promote and recommend some programs too. There is nothing bad in doing so.

We all want to make some money. But I never promote programs that don’t work. I promote and recommend only what works.

With my Total Life Changes review I don’t want to say that TLC is terrible or it is a scam. Not at all.

I just explained what it means to be an MLM distributor or representative.

If you like it, this way of life, this type of business you are free to join Total Life Changes. I wish you all the best in your business.

If you like affiliate marketing I highly recommend this program. You don’t need to sell anything. Just write articles and that’s it.

This is how I’m profiting from my website. It really depends on what type of business and activity you prefer.

The percentage of those who achieve success in affiliate marketing is way higher than in MLM.

That’s why I believe joining my recommended program is better than joining Total Life Changes.

I believe my Total Life Changes review was honest and realistic and will help you come to the right decision.

If you still have questions please let me know in the comment section below. If you have an experience in affiliate marketing or MLMs please let me know.

  1. Jurgen says:

Promoting health products/services is very popular with MLM’s.

I’ve actually been part of an MLM (I won’t mention the name) promoting health products, and although money was to be made, you are right that you have to be a salesperson and also have the ability to do things that seem a bit unethical to some.

In my experience I had several moments when I started questioning myself about am I doing the right thing, as you are manipulating people to buy a product, making it sound it’s the best thing for them.

I kept fooling myself that I was helping people, because honestly the product was good, but we made it sound like it was the only real way to a healthy lifestyle, while it wasn’t of course.

Eventually I quit because I just couldn’t keep fooling myself…

    • Rufat says:

I understand you very well Jurgen. I have nothing against MLM products, especially nothing against Total Life Changes. They are doing exactly what other MLM companies are doing. Though their products are not bad but they praise their products and consider them supernatural. You can easily find many other alternatives to their products for a lower price. That’s why MLMs require you to be a sales person so you can convince other people to buy mlm products. If you quit mlm company I hope you were able to find something much better. I hope you are doing alright in your business.

  2. For a company which has been since 1999 ‘Total Life Changes’ doesn’t seem to have a very strong structure, they seem to be only focusing on money and that is disgusting.

They may not be a scam, but they certainly are quite shady and don’t run their business honestly.

For anyone who actually wants to earn money while leaning on them will also have some hard time, you definitely have to be an expert to be able to go along with their system.

Are there any other programs like this, but that seem to have a stronger footing, but don’t require as much prior experience?

    • Rufat says:

Total Life Changes is not a scam but it’s strange that they don’t publish their income statistics as if they are hiding something. They have been in the business since 1999 which proves that they are profitable. Otherwise they would be shut down. I guess their main income comes from direct retail sales, not from affiliates. Regarding other programs you better first decide what direction you want to go. If you like MLM business then you can join TLC. If you prefer affiliate marketing then try my recommended program https://yourincomeadvisor.com/how-to-start-a-business-online-at-home/
