How to Make More Money From Home. My Experience Since 2014
It’s not a secret that internet made it possible to make money from home. Almost everyone knows that it’s possible but not everyone knows that it’s possible through effort and patience.
Over the years I’ve seen many people trying to start their online business and then quit after 2,3 months. It’s because they were not prepared to work hard.
They were not ready to accept the reality. But today we are not going to talk about quitters.
Today we want to find out not only how to make money online but how to make MORE money from home.
I will share my experience since 2014 and I believe many of you will be happy to learn some new things and put them into practice.
If you follow this strategy you will be able to make more money from home. I know it works because I did it.
And I know many others who did it and it worked for them too.
Writing more quality content
When it comes to making money online or making more money generally speaking it comes down to writing quality content.
Some people still don’t understand that content is the most important factor that can either drive a lot of free, targeted traffic to your site and make you a lot of money or make you zero $ if you don’t have quality content.
Since I’m talking about affiliate marketing, by quality content I mean doing research and finding quality products that pay high commissions.
The more products you can find the better for you. When you write new content you plan to get it ranked but the truth is that not all of your content will get ranked.
This mean you need to write a lot of content to get some of it finally ranked and bring some traffic to your website.
I know how frustrating it is when you write content and it never gets ranked. Unfortunately, you can do nothing to change it.
The only thing you can do is continue writing new content. This means you need to do some research to find quality products and write quality product reviews.
Writing product reviews and getting them ranked will take time and effort.
Over time you will start getting steady traffic from search engines and your income will start growing as well. Free traffic is the best what you can do for your website.
Search engine traffic is super targeted and if you write consistently you will be able to make more money from your website.
Don’t let yourself lose your motivation if you don’t get immediate results. If you write consistently your income will increase because your traffic will increase.
Focusing on digital products
When searching for products try to focus on promoting digital products because those products will earn you highest commissions.
Unfortunately, it’s not always possible because it depends on your niche. Some niches don’t have digital products.
You can promote only physical products that pay approx. 5–8% commission. Sometimes even less. When it comes to digital products, such as ebooks, online courses, you can earn 50%–75% commission.
Sometimes even 100%. Of course, promoting something that pays you 50% will make you way more money than promoting something for 5%. Promoting digital products is the best money maker in online business.
Choosing high converting products
Not every product should be promoted. There are some useless products that will make you $1 or even less and they convert very bad.
I mean some products are not good and have very high refund rate. Never pick such products.
Because you will be struggling to bring people to your page to make a sale and then lose your commission because of the refund. In fact, you will be wasting your time.
Choose products that have lowest refund rates and highest converting rates.
This will ensure you will not lose your commission as a result of refund and will allow you to make more money.
Remember, low refund rate means quality product which means the buyer is happy with the product/service.
Choosing digital affiliate networks like JVZoo
Choosing the right digital network is also important if you want to make more money from home. There are different networks you can join, such as Clickbank, JVZoo, WarriorPlus, CJ, Sharesale, Rakuten, RevenueWire.
I personally prefer JVZoo and believe it’s one of the best networks if not the best one.
For example, if you promote Clickbank products there are some strict rules you must follow.
First, you need to make 5 sales with Clickbank before they pay your commissions and those sales must be made through different payment methods. Second, you need to make a sale every 90 days.
Plus your account will be charged $1 for each day after 90 days or no earnings. Also, it’s really not easy to find quality products on Clickbank.
But still many people are making a lot of money with Clickbank.
So, there is some good potential here. But I personally prefer working with JVZoo because they have no restrictions whatsoever.
At least I don’t know about any of them. Another example is Warriorplus. Recently I earned a commission $94 but Warriorplus didn’t pay me.
They have almost same rules like Clickbank which means I need to make 4,5 sales before they release my payment.
Another problem with many networks is that they don’t pay via PayPal. When it comes to JVZoo there is no problems.
You can easily get your commissions. I believe making money with JVZoo is way easier than with any other network and it’s a fact that I was able to make more money with it. I definitely recommend JVZoo.
Joining CPA networks
You can also make more money if you join CPA networks. Making money through CPA can be as profitable as with affiliate networks.
CPA networks that I prefer: MaxBounty, Peerfly. The advantage of CPA business over affiliate is that in case with CPA you don’t actually need to make a sale to earn money.
All you need to do is send someone to a certain page to complete some kind of registration or fill out the form and provide their email address. That’s it.
Once it’s done you will earn a commission. That’s why CPA is called (cost per action), not cost per sale.
For example, you can write a lot of product reviews and insert your affiliate link provided by CPA network. Sites like Swagbucks or FusionCash can pay you between $3-$10 for a registration.
If you write a review that will get ranked in top 10 on Google and start getting steady traffic you will be able to earn a few hundred bucks from one single page of your site.
If you have several pages ranked on Google you will be able to earn several thousand dollars per month.
I can’t agree with those that tell making money through CPA is easy. It’s not at all.
Anyway, adding CPA opportunity to your existing affiliate opportunity can definitely help you make more money from home.
Email marketing
Email marketing is the hardest part of an online business and not everyone can benefit from this method though it can make you a lot of money.
To make a solid income through email marketing you need two things. First, you need to build a list of subscribers, at least 2000-3000 people.
The more people you have in the list the better. Second, you need to create a perfect email sequence so you can turn your subscribers into loyal visitors of your blog and possibly buyers.
If you can combine these two components you will be able to make more money from your website.
In fact, email marketing is the most powerful method when it comes to making money online. Probably you will need 1,2 years before you can get desired results.
Even if you need more time it’s worth that time.
Display ad networks
Making money with display ads is also one of the best ways to make more money without selling anything. You just put ads on your website and that’s it.
People come to your website and some of them will click on your ads and you will get paid by display ad networks. Very profitable because requires zero selling skills.
But this method makes sense only if you get a lot of visitors to your website.
If you get less than 500 visitors a day then I think display ad method is not for you. Preferably 1000 visitors a day would be a good start.
As I said, in fact you do nothing and get paid for clicks.
Among good display ad networks I can mention Google Adsense, Media.net, Amazon CPM, Chitika, MediaVine.
If your website traffic is something around 1000 visitors a day you can earn a few hundred bucks per month, at least $500 per month.
But like I said, first get some traffic and then join display ad networks.

This is really great advice and realistic. I’m in a niche where physical products have a better conversion rate than their digital counterparts. I have no choice but focusing more on those with higher conversions even if I earn lower commissions. Either way, I agree with you that it’s all about working hard and consistently.
That is a very interesting niche Kenny. Selling physical can be very profitable. I know someone who made thousands of dollars using Google adwords method. It’s a paid advertising He spent several hundred $ on advertising and earned thousands of dollars. It’s a very specific product but it proves that some niches and selling physical products can be very profitable. Whatever you do consistency is the key.
Thanks for the information. This is a good overview of how it is possible to earn substantial money over time with affiliate marketing. I had never heard of CPA networks before, so I will have to look into that. I think the great thing about this business is that there are so many different possible revenue streams if you know where to look. It’s too bad that most people quit within a few months, but this truly takes persistence.

Regarding not starting display ad business before having a lot of visitors it’s because most networks won’t approve you if you don’t have steady traffic to your site. And it’s very logic because without visitors you can’t make money. Your visitors is your main source of clicks. That’s the reason.
